Terms & Conditions.

These Terms govern the purchase of tickets and related services through ticketsfest.eu and authorized partners. By placing an order, you ("Customer", "You") accept these Terms, as well as any rules of the Organizer relating to a specific event.

1. General Provisions

1. TicketsFest.EU operates a ticket distribution platform. For each event, the Organizer (event owner, producer, venue, or their agent) is specified on the event page. Unless otherwise stated, the Organizer is a business entity, and the event is part of their commercial activity.
2. By purchasing a ticket, you conclude two separate contracts: (a) a ticket purchase agreement with TicketsFest (booking and distribution), and (b) an event attendance agreement directly with the Organizer.
3. In case of discrepancies between these Terms and the Organizer's rules, the latter prevail in matters relating directly to attendance (entry rules, age limits, seating layout, program changes).

2. Ordering and Contract Conclusion

1. To purchase a ticket: select the event, seat category, and quantity; provide the required personal data; and choose a payment method.
2. Clicking the "Confirm and Pay" button creates a payment obligation and constitutes the conclusion of the contract.
3. You are obliged to provide truthful information. We are not responsible for tickets not received due to errors in the email address or user data.
4. The use of automated tools (bots) for purchasing is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel tickets obtained in this manner.

3. Tickets and Entry

1. A ticket grants entry to one person for the specified event. Tickets may be personalized; in this case, entry is permitted only to the named person upon presentation of an ID.
2. Tickets are checked at the entrance by scanning a barcode or QR code. Reuse is impossible. Do not copy, scan, or transfer photos of your ticket to third parties.
3. Keep your ticket safe. TicketsFest is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets, nor for the consequences of sharing ticket data (e.g., posting a barcode photo on social media).
4. Reselling tickets for profit may violate applicable law and/or the Organizer's rules, leading to ticket cancellation without a refund.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

1. No Right of Withdrawal: Pursuant to Art. 38(12) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014 (which governs the operating entity), the right to withdraw from a distance contract is excluded for contracts related to leisure, entertainment, or cultural events if the contract specifies a specific day or period of service.
2. Event Cancellation: If an event is canceled, TicketsFest will refund the ticket face value. Service fees may not be refundable depending on the specific Organizer's policy. Refunds are processed within 14-30 days after cancellation is confirmed.
