1. I bought a ticket, but didn’t receive an email with it. What do I do?
If you haven’t received an email with your purchased ticket, please check your spam or junk folders first. If you still can’t find it, log in to your TicketsFest account and navigate to the “My Tickets” section. You can also contact our support team at [email protected] with your order details, and we will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

2. I bought a ticket but received only a receipt. Is it a ticket?
The receipt you received is not your actual ticket. Your ticket should be sent to the email address provided during the purchase process. If you haven’t received the ticket email, please follow the steps mentioned in question 1 or contact our support team.

3. I made a mistake while filling in my email address. Can you send a ticket to the correct email?
Certainly! Please contact our support team at [email protected] and provide the correct email address along with your order details. We will update the information and resend the ticket to the correct email address.

4. I accidentally deleted a ticket. Can I renew it?
Yes, you can. You are welcome to reach out to our support team for assistance.

5. I want a ticket refund. How can I get it?
A ticket refund is possible only if an Event is cancelled. A face value, specified on a ticket, can be refunded. Conditions for a ticket refund are posted in the description of the event.

6. Can I exchange a ticket/-s for another place/date/city?
Such requests are processed individually. Send us your order number and what you need to [email protected]

7. Can I leave an e-ticket as it is and not print it, just show it on my phone?
Yes, you can present your e-ticket on your smartphone for entry. Make sure the barcode is clearly visible on your device’s screen. This eco-friendly option eliminates the need for printing, making it convenient for both you and the environment.

8. I didn’t find the answer to my question. What do I do?
