She began her professional music career in the early 2000s, performing with the groups Kapuchino, Ketch, and VIA Gra before pursuing a solo career.
In 2009, she represented Ukraine at the Eurovision Song Contest with Be My Valentine!, finishing in 12th place. She later gained widespread recognition with popular songs such as K Chyortu Lyubov, Tvoi Glaza, SuperSTAR, Sluchaynaya, INSTADRAMA, and moLOko.

Following Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022, LOBODA stopped performing in Russia and became involved in humanitarian initiatives supporting Ukrainians affected by the war, including reconstruction and assistance projects in her hometown of Irpin. Her earlier performances in Russia during the war had drawn criticism in Ukraine.
