TicketsFest.EU focuses on event discovery, structured event pages and visitor navigation. When a ticket button leads to another ticket page, the final purchase rules, availability and payment process may be managed outside TicketsFest.EU.

How can I buy tickets?
Open the event page and press the Buy tickets button. Depending on the event setup, the final purchase can be completed on the linked ticket page.
Why does the button say “Buy tickets” without naming a ticketing platform?
TicketsFest.EU uses neutral public labels for ticket buttons. The button may lead to the relevant ticket page for the event.
What should I do if a ticket link does not work?
Contact us and include the event name, city and the page URL. We will check the ticket link and update the page if needed.
Can ticket prices change?
Yes. Prices, categories and availability can change depending on the event and ticket page. Always check the final ticket page before purchase.
Where can I see the venue and address?
The event page normally includes city, venue and address if these details are available in the event data.
How can I add an event to TicketsFest.EU?
Send us the event title, city, venue, date, time, poster or banner, description and ticket URL. We will review the publication request.
Can an event be published in several languages?
Yes. TicketsFest.EU supports English, Ukrainian and Polish page content where translations are available.
Can TicketsFest.EU promote my event?
Yes, selected events can be promoted with homepage visibility, city pages, artist pages, UTM links, QR links and campaign tracking.
Do you publish theater, stand-up and cultural events?
Yes. TicketsFest.EU can display concerts, theater, stand-up, cinema, forums, cultural evenings and event tours.
How do I report incorrect information?
Send us the page URL and specify what needs to be changed: date, time, venue, poster, description or ticket link.
