Public Offering.

These Terms govern the purchase of tickets and related products/services made via ticketsfest.eu and authorized partners. By placing an order, you (“Customer”, “you”) accept these Terms as well as any Organizer Terms applicable to the specific event.

1. General Rules

1. TicketsFest.EU operates a ticket distribution platform. For each event, the Organizer (the event owner, producer, venue, or their agent) is identified on the event page. Unless stated otherwise, the Organizer is a business entity and the event is part of its regular commercial activity.
2. By purchasing a ticket, you enter into two separate agreements: (a) a ticket sale agreement with TicketsFest.EU (handling distribution and booking), and (b) an event attendance agreement directly with the Organizer.
3. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Organizer Terms, the latter govern attendance-related matters (e.g., admission rules, age limits, seating plans, program changes).

2. Ordering & Contract Formation

1. To purchase a ticket: select the event, ticket category, and quantity; provide the required personal details; and choose your payment method.
2. Clicking “Confirm and Pay” creates a binding obligation to pay and constitutes the formation of a contract.
3. You must provide accurate information. We are not responsible for tickets not received due to incorrect email addresses or typos in user data.
4. Automated tools (bots) for purchasing are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel tickets obtained through such means.

3. Tickets & Admission

1. A ticket grants the right of entry for one person to the specific event indicated. Tickets may be personalized (named); if so, only the named person may be admitted upon presentation of ID.
2. Tickets are validated at the entrance via barcode/QR code scanning. Re-use is not possible. Do not duplicate, scan, or photocopy your ticket.
3. Keep your ticket secure. TicketsFest.EU is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets, or for the consequences of sharing ticket data (e.g., photos of barcodes on social media).
4. Resale of tickets for profit may breach applicable laws and/or Organizer Terms and can result in ticket cancellation without refund.

4. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

1. No Right of Withdrawal: According to Article 38(12) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, the right of withdrawal from a distance contract is excluded for contracts related to leisure, entertainment, sports, or cultural events if the contract specifies a day or period of service performance.
2. Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, TicketsFest.EU will refund the nominal ticket price. Service fees may be non-refundable depending on the specific policy of the Organizer. Refunds are processed within 14-30 days after the cancellation is confirmed.
