PUBLIC PROPOSAL TO CONCLUDE AGREEMENT (TERMS OF USE) FOR TICKETSFEST PLATFORM

We may act both as the primary ticket seller and as an authorized ticket reseller for events organized by our official partners. In such cases, we resell tickets on behalf of the Organizer, based on official cooperation agreements.

We are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer. Any questions regarding your personal data should be addressed to [email protected].

1. DEFINITIONS

  • Agreement – a legally binding arrangement between the Purchaser and TicketsFest.EU LLC, based on this offer.
  • TicketsFest Platform – the online platform operated by TicketsFest.EU LLC, providing ticketing services for entertainment and related events.
  • Purchaser – an individual or legal entity purchasing tickets via the TicketsFest Platform.
  • Organizer – the entity responsible for organizing and delivering the event.
  • Event – the concert, show, or entertainment activity for which tickets are offered.
  • Nominal Ticket Cost – the face value of the ticket, excluding service fees, commissions, or other charges.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using the TicketsFest Platform, the Purchaser confirms acceptance of these Terms of Use and agrees to comply with applicable laws, including GDPR and Polish regulations.

3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement governs the terms under which the Purchaser may purchase tickets through the TicketsFest Platform and receive related services.
TicketsFest.EU LLC may also act as an authorized ticket reseller for partner events. In such cases, we provide ticketing services on behalf of the event organizer, who remains responsible for event delivery and execution.

4. GENERAL CONDITIONS

These Terms apply to all ticket purchases made through the TicketsFest Platform, unless stated otherwise in a specific case.

5. TICKET PURCHASE AND AGREEMENT CONCLUSION

5.1 The Agreement between the Purchaser and TicketsFest.EU LLC is concluded when the Purchaser successfully completes a ticket order via the Platform.
5.2 The purchase process is considered binding upon confirmation of payment.

6. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By completing the ticket order, the Purchaser acknowledges full acceptance of these Terms of Use.

7. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

7.1 The Purchaser has the right to buy tickets for listed Events under the terms presented.
7.2 The Organizer may define ticket prices, event rules, and availability.
7.3 Both parties are obliged to act in good faith, provide truthful information, and respect the Platform’s rules.

8. TICKET DELIVERY

Purchased tickets will be made available electronically via email or directly within the Purchaser’s account on the TicketsFest Platform.

9. ELECTRONIC TICKETS

E-tickets must be presented at the entrance to the Event. Copying, sharing, or altering e-tickets is strictly prohibited and may result in denial of entry.

10. AGREEMENT DURATION

The Agreement remains valid until the end of the Event for which the ticket was purchased.

11. REFUND POLICY

11.1 Refunds are granted only in the case of Event cancellation by the Organizer. Only the Nominal Ticket Cost will be refunded.
11.2 To claim a refund, the Purchaser must complete a refund request form provided by the Organizer.
11.3 The Purchaser agrees to the refund conditions and waives any legal claims beyond the agreed scope.

12. PERSONAL DATA

All personal data is processed according to the GDPR and the Privacy Policy of TicketsFest.EU LLC.

13. FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure events, for the duration of such circumstances.

14. LIABILITY

Each party is responsible for compliance with applicable laws and for the accuracy of the information they provide through the Platform.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes related to this Agreement shall be governed by Polish law and resolved by competent courts in Poland.
By finalizing a purchase on the TicketsFest Platform, the Purchaser confirms full understanding and acceptance of these Terms of Use.

This Agreement becomes effective upon ticket purchase and remains valid until the Event’s conclusion.
