These Terms govern the use of ticketsfest.eu as an event information platform. TicketsFest.EU presents events, artists and neutral ticket links. When a purchase is completed on an external ticket page, the external seller’s and/or organizer’s own terms may also apply.

1. General Provisions

1. TicketsFest.EU operates an event discovery and promotion platform. We publish information about concerts, theater performances and cultural events, and may provide a neutral link to the relevant ticket purchase page.
2. Unless expressly stated otherwise on a specific event page, the ticket purchase itself is completed outside TicketsFest.EU. In that case, the payment, ticket delivery, refund process and purchase confirmation are handled by the external seller and/or the organizer.
3. The organizer remains responsible for event attendance rules, including entry requirements, age limits, venue policies, seating arrangements, program changes and safety procedures.

2. Event Information and Ticket Links

1. To buy a ticket, follow the neutral ticket button or link shown on the event page. The link may redirect you to an external checkout or ticket purchase page.
2. Before completing a purchase on an external page, check the price, currency, fees, refund rules, delivery method and seller/organizer information on that page.
3. TicketsFest.EU may display ticket availability, price ranges or event details for informational purposes only. Such information can change and should be confirmed on the final purchase page.
4. Do not misuse the platform, attempt to manipulate links, scrape content aggressively, or interfere with the operation of the website.

3. User Responsibilities

1. Users should use the website in good faith, provide accurate contact details when subscribing to alerts or contacting us, and verify event details before attending.
2. TicketsFest.EU does not guarantee that a ticket link will remain available, that tickets will remain on sale, or that a specific price will remain unchanged.
3. If you notice outdated information, an unavailable ticket link or an error on an event page, contact us so we can review and update the listing.
4. Content from TicketsFest.EU may not be copied or reused commercially without permission, except for sharing public event links in a normal way.

4. Changes, Cancellation and Support

1. Event cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, refund rules and ticket delivery issues are handled according to the rules of the organizer and/or the external seller where the purchase was completed.
2. TicketsFest.EU can help users find event information or contact paths, but unless we are expressly named as the seller for a specific event, we do not process the external payment or issue the external ticket.
