Refund & Cancellation Policy
Ticket refunds on TicketsFest.EU are possible only if an event is cancelled, postponed or rescheduled by the organizer.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the rules for refunds for tickets listed, promoted or sold through TicketsFest.EU. The main rule is simple: tickets are final and can be refunded only if the event is cancelled, postponed or rescheduled by the organizer.
1. General Rule
- All ticket sales are final.
- Tickets purchased for concerts, theatre performances, festivals, cultural events, entertainment events or any other events with a specific date and time are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the cases clearly described in this Policy.
- A refund is possible only if the event is cancelled, postponed or rescheduled by the organizer.
- Tickets cannot be refunded because of personal reasons, including illness, travel issues, change of plans, inability to attend, a mistake during purchase, late arrival at the venue or failure to meet entry requirements.
2. No Standard 14-Day Withdrawal Right
- Tickets for events with a specific date or period are not subject to the standard 14-day right of withdrawal that may apply to some online purchases.
- By purchasing a ticket, the customer confirms that the ticket is connected to a specific event and that the purchase is final unless the event is cancelled, postponed or rescheduled by the organizer.
3. Event Cancellation
- If an event is cancelled by the organizer, the customer may request a refund according to the refund procedure announced by the organizer, ticket seller or TicketsFest.EU, depending on where the ticket was purchased.
- If TicketsFest.EU processed the payment directly, TicketsFest.EU will provide information about the refund procedure and process the refund after confirming that the refund conditions are met.
4. Event Postponement or Rescheduling
- If an event is postponed or rescheduled to another date or time, the ticket usually remains valid for the new date or time.
- If the customer cannot attend the event on the new date, the customer may request a refund within the refund period announced by the organizer, ticket seller or TicketsFest.EU.
- If no separate refund period is announced, the customer should contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
5. External Ticketing Platforms
- Some events listed on TicketsFest.EU may redirect customers to external ticketing platforms or third-party sellers.
- If the ticket was purchased through an external platform, the refund is handled according to the rules of that platform, the organizer or the official ticket seller.
- In such cases, TicketsFest.EU may help the customer find the correct contact or information, but TicketsFest.EU is not responsible for refunds if it did not process the payment and did not issue the ticket directly.
6. How to Request a Refund
- To request a refund in case of event cancellation, postponement or rescheduling, contact us at [email protected].
- Please include your full name, the email address used for the purchase, the event name, the order number or ticket number if available, and proof of purchase if requested.
7. Refund Processing Time
- Refund processing time may depend on the payment provider, bank, ticketing platform or organizer.
- If TicketsFest.EU processed the payment directly, we will make reasonable efforts to process the refund as soon as possible after confirming that the refund conditions are met.
